About Toowoomba Holden & HSV

Toowoomba Holden and HSV is 100% privately and locally owned and operated by Mark and Tracey Crampton. Since May of 1993, Mark, Tracey and their staff have restructured their Holden dealership to become one of the largest and most successful provincial dealers in Australia, selling over 1500 new and used cars per year. Upon establishment, Toowoomba Holden & HSV originally employed just 45 staff. Due to immense business growth in the recent years, this figure has increased to over 90 employees in a number of departments, including sales, service, finance and insurance, parts, and administration.

Mark Crampton has been part of the automotive industry for over 25 years and has been actively involved in a number of committees in roles including, Chairman of the Queensland Provincial Holden Dealer Group, member of Holden's Forward Product and National Marketing Committees and was recently elected as Chairman of the Australian Holden Dealer Council.

At Toowoomba Holden & HSV our approach to service excellence and customer satisfaction is consistent with our primary goal to build a successful business based on customer loyalty. To achieve this we seek to provide alternative avenues for feedback, ensuring that customers can communicate in a way that best meets their needs. All customer comments are highly valued and feedback is used to improve personal and operational performance.

In response to customer comments in the last 12 months, a large range of actions have been taken, including:

• On-going customer service training
• Focus on listening skills
• Drive-in under-cover service reception
• Production of a Service Information Card
• Improvements to our customer counter and waiting areas

Toowoomba Holden & HSV has received numerous awards including Holden Grand Masters in 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 2001, 2002 and 2004. Holden Grand Masters is a national award given to only the highest performing dealers, based on operational excellence in sales and service performance and customer satisfaction.

Plans are underway to develop new sites and to expand the Toowoomba Holden & HSV dealership in order to provide customers with an improved, modern, accessible and technically advanced facility.
